摘要
经典名方泻白散始载于北宋钱乙《小儿药证直诀》,具有清泻肺热、止咳平喘的功效,全方化学成分多样,其中以有机酸类、黄酮类、生物碱类为主。泻白散有祛痰镇咳平喘、抗炎、解热镇痛、抗病原微生物等丰富的药理作用,现代临床主要用于治疗小儿肺炎、慢性支气管炎、咳嗽以及哮喘等呼吸系统疾病,还可用于治疗皮肤病、肺癌、鼻炎、小儿功能性便秘等其他疾病。同时,基于质量标志物“五原则”途径对泻白散的质量标志物(Quality marker,Q-Marker)进行预测分析,结果显示桑黄酮C、桑皮苷A、地骨皮甲素、地骨皮乙素、山柰酚、槲皮素、甘草酸、甘草次酸、甘草苷为泻白散的质量标志物,以期为建立泻白散更科学的质量评价标准体系提供更全面的参考依据。
The classic prescription Xiebai Powder(泻白散)was first recorded in QIAN Yi's Xiao'er Yaozheng Zhijue in the Northern Song Dynasty.It has the effects of clearing lung heat,relieving cough and relieving asthma.The chemical components of the whole prescription are diverse,mainly organic acids,flavonoids and alkaloids.Xiebai Powder has rich pharmacological effects such as eliminating phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,anti-inflammation,antipyretic and analgesic effect and anti-pathogenic microorganisms.Modern clinical treatment is mainly used to treat respiratory diseases such as pneumonia,chronic bronchitis,cough and asthma in children.It can also be used to treat skin diseases,lung cancer,rhinitis,functional constipation in children and other diseases.At the same time,based on the“five principles”of quality markers,the Quality markers(Q-Markers)of Xiebai Powder was predicted and analyzed.The results showed that morin C,mulberroside A,esculin,kaempferol,quercetin,gly-cyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhetinic acid and liquiritin were the Q-Markers of Xiebai Powder,in order to provide a more comprehensive reference for the establishment of a more scientific quality evaluation standard system of Xiebai Powder.
