学术型社团提高创新创业能力实践研究

Practice research on improving innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of academic associations

摘要 本文探讨了高校学术型社团在"四新"学科背景下承载的育人效能。以四川大学华西口腔智慧医疗研究协会为例进行实践研究, 从社团管理、学生培养、能力评估与奖励机制几个方面介绍, 重点对"一三四"学生创新创业能力培养模式进行分析。该模式为高校学术型社团的发展提供了有益的参考和借鉴, 以期发挥社团的创新创业实践教育效能, 为社会输送更多优秀人才。 This article discusses the educational effectiveness of academic associations in colleges and universities under the background of"four new"disciplines.The West China Smart Oral Medicine Association of Sichuan University was taken as an example for practice research to analyze the aspects of community management,student training,ability assessment and reward mechanism,with a focus on the"134"training mode for cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among students.This model provides a useful reference for the development of academic associations in colleges and universities,in order to give full play to the educational effectiveness of associations in innovation and entrepreneurship practice and cultivating more outstanding talents for the society.
