摘要
探讨思政教育融入高校学生专业社团管理的策略与意义。研究指出,大学生专业社团作为高校第二课堂,对思政教育具有重要作用。通过分析社团思政的现状,发现存在培养标准不统一、管理不规范、师资力量不足及与课堂思政脱节等问题。为提升社团成员的思想政治素质,提出完善社团思政素质培养体系、建立统一标准和评价体系、聘请专业思政指导老师以及融合企业文化与创新创业活动等具体措施。这些措施旨在促进社团成员全面发展,增强其社会责任感、集体荣誉感和团队协作精神,为建设和谐校园文化贡献力量。
The study discusses the strategies and significance of integrating ideological and political education into the management of professional student associations in universities.Research has shown that college student professional associations,as a second classroom in universities,play an important role in ideological and political education.By analyzing the current situation of ideological and political education in associations,it is found that there are problems such as inconsistent training standards,non-standard management,insufficient teaching staff,and disconnection from classroom ideological and political education.To enhance the ideological and political literacy of associations’members,specific measures have been proposed,including improving the system for cultivating ideological and political qualities in associations,establishing unified standards and evaluation systems,hiring professional ideological and political guidance teachers,and integrating corporate culture with innovation and entrepreneurship activities.These measures aim to promote the comprehensive development of associations’members,enhance their sense of social responsibility,collective honor,and teamwork spirit,and contribute to the construction of a harmonious campus culture.
