摘要
在新时期背景下,高校社团面临着诸多机遇与挑战,其管理方式亟待创新以适应时代发展的需求。从高校社团的新时期特点出发,结合S省4所地方高校的实际情况,深入分析了当前社团管理中存在的诸多问题,提出了高校社团管理的“产教融合”路径构建策略,即“企业化运作、平台化载体、现代化管理”。通过理论分析与实践案例的结合,探讨了“产教融合”理念在高校社团管理中的具体应用路径,以期通过社团管理的创新为更好地服务大学生的创新创业教育提供新思路。
In the context of the new era,university clubs are facing many opportunities and challenges,and their management methods need to be innovated to meet the needs of the times.Starting from the characteristics of university clubs in the new era and combining the actual situation of four local universities in a certain province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current management of clubs,and proposes a strategy for the construction of the“integration of industry and education”path in university club management,namely“enterprise operation,platform carrier,and modern management”.By combining theoretical analysis with practical cases,this paper explores the specific application path of the concept of“integration of industry and education”in the management of university clubs,in order to provide new ideas for better serving innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students through innovative club management.
