摘要
本文以Ti6246合金为研究对象,研究了不同冷却速率对Ti6246合金微观组织与冲击吸收功的影响。结果表明:在两相区加热时,水冷处理后的组织由初生α相和α′相组成,而空冷处理后则形成初生α相和次生α相;在单相区加热后,初生α相完全溶解,组织转变为粗大β晶粒。冲击性能测试表明,两相区热处理的试样冲击吸收功显著高于单相区处理试样,且空冷处理的冲击吸收功优于水冷处理。断口分析显示,两相区处理的试样呈现典型的韧性断裂特征,断口分布大量等轴韧窝;而单相区处理的试样则以解理断裂为主,仅局部存在少量浅韧窝。
In this paper,the effects of different cooling rates on the microstructure and impact absorption energy of Ti6246 alloy were studied.The results show that the microstructure after water cooling treatment is composed of primaryαphase andα′phase when heated in two-phase region,while primaryαphase and secondaryαphase are formed after air cooling treatment.After heating in the single-phase region,the primaryαphase is completely dissolved and the microstructure is transformed into coarseβgrains.The impact performance test shows that the impact absorption energy of the samples treated in the two-phase region is significantly higher than that of the samples treated in the single-phase region,and the impact toughness of the air-cooled treatment is better than that of the water-cooled treatment.The frac-ture analysis shows that the samples treated in the two-phase region show typical ductile fracture characteristics,and a large number of equiaxed dimples are distributed on the fracture surface.The sample treated in the single-phase zone is dominated by cleavage fracture,and only a small number of shallow dimples exist locally.
