热处理对Ti6246钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能的影响

摘要 通过不同温度条件的热处理工艺对Ti6246钛合金进行处理,使用光学显微镜、拉伸性能测试以及扫描电子显微镜等手段,研究合金经不同固溶和时效温度处理后的微观组织及拉伸性能,结果表明:合金微观组织中初生α相含量随固溶温度升高而逐渐减少且形貌逐渐等轴化,而组织中细小针状的次生α相含量在此过程中逐渐增多。固溶温度升高会导致合金强度随之升高,但塑性则随固溶温度升高而逐渐降低。经分析,合金塑性主要受到组织中初生α相影响,而合金强度主要受到组织中次生α相影响。当固溶温度为两相区时,拉伸断口形貌主要由韧窝组成,并存在一定数量的微裂纹,当固溶温度升高到单相区温度后,拉伸断口由韧窝变为岩石状形貌,且解理台阶明显。 The Ti6246 titanium alloy was treated by solution and aging at different temperatures.The microstructural morphology and room temperature tensile properties of the alloy after different solution aging temperature treatments were studied using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and tensile performance testing.The results show that:the content of primaryαphase in the microstructure of the alloy gradually decreases and the morphology gradually becomes equiaxed as the solid solution temperature increases.while the content of fine needle-like secondaryαphase in the microstructure gradually increases in this process.The increase in solid solution temperature will lead to an increase in alloy strength,but the plasticity gradually decreases with the increase in solid solution temperature.Through analysis,it is found that the plasticity of the alloy is mainly influenced by the primaryαphase in the microstructure,while the strength of the alloy is mainly influenced by the secondaryαphase in the microstructure.When the solution temperature is in the two-phase region,the tensile fracture morphology is mainly composed of dimples,and there are a certain number of microcracks.When the solution temperature increases to the temperature of the single-phase region,the tensile fracture changes from toughness to rock-like morphology,and the cleavage step is obvious.
