摘要
为解决某大型钢铁企业转炉炼钢过程中产生大量转炉煤气而造成能源浪费和环境污染等问题,提出一种面向废钢预热及高炉内吹炼的转炉煤气回收利用技术,旨在提高能源利用效率并减少环境污染。研究结果表明,与传统湿法回收和干法回收相比,转炉煤气预热废钢与高炉吹炼工艺的煤气回收量为12.50 m^(3)/min,煤气热值为3200 kJ/m^(3),煤气纯度达到98.50%,回收效率为85.30%,能源节约率达到25.20%,CO_(2)减排量为0.51 kg/m^(3),粉尘减排量为1.25 g/m^(3),经济成本相对较低,具有明显优势,为钢铁企业优化煤气回收工艺提供了参考,对促进钢铁行业的绿色发展具有深远的意义。
In order to solve the problems of energy waste and environmental pollution caused by the large amount of converter gas generated in the converter steelmaking process of a large steel enterprise,a converter gas recovery and utilization technology for scrap steel preheating and blast furnace blowing is proposed,aiming to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.The research results show that compared with traditional wet recovery and dry recovery,the gas recovery rate of preheating scrap steel with converter gas and blast furnace blowing process is 12.50 m^(3)/min,the gas calorific value is 3200 kJ/m^(3),the gas purity reaches 98.50%,the recovery efficiency is 85.30%,the energy saving rate reaches 25.20%,the CO_(2) emission reduction is 0.51 kg/m^(3),the dust emission reduction is 1.25 g/m^(3),the economic cost is relatively low,and it has obvious advantages.It provides reference for optimizing the gas recovery process of steel enterprises and has profound significance for promoting the green development of the steel industry.
