摘要
实现废旧磷酸锰铁锂正极材料的高值化回收具有重要的经济价值和环保意义。研究采用湿法回收技术,以过硫酸钠为氧化剂,探究废旧磷酸锰铁锂电池的提锂回收工艺。结果表明,当废旧粉末与氧化剂化学计量比1:1.1、固液比1:6、反应温度为60℃时,锂、铁、锰的浸出率分别为74.26%、1.22%、2.11%,锂的浸出率得到最大化,而铁和锰元素的浸出率较小,有效实现了废旧磷酸锰铁锂正极材料的提锂回收。
The realization of high-value recycling of spent lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode materials holds significant economic value and environmental significance.The paper adopts the wet recovery technology,using persulfate sodium as the oxidant,to explore the lithium extraction and recovery process of waste lithium manganese iron phosphate batteries.The results show that when the chemical ratio of the waste powder to the oxidant is 1:1.1,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:6,and the reaction temperature is 60℃,the leaching rates of lithium,iron,and manganese are 74.26%,1.22%,and 2.11%,respectively.The leaching rate of lithium is maximized,while the leaching rates of iron and manganese are relatively small.This effectively achieves the lithium recovery from the spent lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode material.
