摘要
“双碳”目标背景下,我国光伏产业飞速发展,装机量屡创新高,而早期的光伏组件开始面临退役或废弃的问题,退役光伏材料回收利用是绿色产业链的关键环节。基于此,分析了我国退役光伏材料回收利用的重要意义、发展现状和主流企业参与概况及产业发展存在的问题,提出了建立退役光伏回收利用机制、开发成本效益高且环境友好的回收利用技术和搭建退役光伏材料信息资源共享平台3个方面的对策建议,以期为推进我国退役光伏材料回收利用产业发展提供有益参考。
In the context of the"Dual Carbon"goals,China's photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly,with installed capacity reaching highs.Meanwhile,early photovoltaic modules are beginning to face the problem of retirement or abandonment.The recycling and utilization of retired photovoltaic materials is a环节of the green industrial chain.This paper analyzes the significant meaning,development status,and mainstream enterprises'participation in the recycling and utilization of retired photovoltaic in China,as well as the problems existing in industrial development.It proposes three countermeasures:establishing a recycling and utilization mechanism for retired photovoltaic materials developing cost-effective and environmentally friendly recycling technologies,and building an information resource sharing platform for retired photovoltaic materials.These measures aim to provide useful references for promoting development of the recycling and utilization industry of retired photovoltaic materials in China.
