摘要
针对当前高校实验室安全教育中存在的内容体系不完善、教育方式单一及评价机制不健全等问题,依据成果导向教育(OBE)理念,重构了多层阶、全要素的安全教育内容体系及安全知识矩阵;融合数字智能技术,建立全过程、多模式协同的教学机制;通过完善制度与多方协调,构建了以数据驱动为核心的教育评价机制。通过上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院8个部门的协同联动实践表明,学生对实验室安全教育的满意度达96%,并多次在上海市安全知识比赛中获奖;学院亦多年无安全事故发生。该改革形成了一套科学化、专业化、实用化的实验室安全教育新模式,为高校实验室安全教育改革提供了借鉴与参考。
To address the existing issues in laboratory safety education at universities,e.g.,the inadequacy of the content system,the singularity of instructional approaches,and the lack of a sound evaluation mechanism,this study adopts the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)to reconstruct a multi-level,all-element safety education content system and develop a comprehensive safety knowledge matrix.By integrating digital and intelligent technologies,a full-process,multi-modal collaborative teaching mechanism is established.Additionally,through institutional improvement and multi-party coordination,a data-driven education evaluation system is constructed.Through the collaborative linkage and practice at 8 departments,the practical results show that students'satisfaction with laboratory safety education reaches 96%,and they win many awards in Shanghai safety knowledge competition;there are no safety accidents in the college for many years.This reform forms a set of scientific,professional and practical new mode of laboratory safety education,which provides reference for the reform of laboratory safety education in colleges and universities.
