摘要
乡村振兴背景下,城乡阅读资源共享呈现资源配置结构性失衡、服务效能持续性弱化、数字鸿沟动态性扩张的三重困境。需要机制重构协同体系、资源整合人力财力、技术赋能数字鸿沟、网络优化空间矩阵、服务适配多元需求、多元共治文化生态的突破路径。通过制度重构、技术赋能与服务创新,推动城乡阅读从资源输送转向互济共生,为乡村振兴注入可持续文化动能。
Under the context of rural revitalization,urban-rural reading resource sharing faces a triple dilemma:structural imbalance in resource allocation,persistent weakening of service effectiveness,and dynamic expansion of the digital divide.It is necessary to find a breakthrough path to reconstruct the collaborative mechanisms for synergy,integrate human and financial resources for resource optimization,leveraging technology to bridge the digital divide,optimizing spatial networks through matrix restructuring,adapting services to diverse needs,and fostering a culturally diverse ecosystem through multi-stakeholder governance.By re-institutionalizing frameworks,empowering through technology,and innovating services,urban--rural reading initiatives can transition from mere resource distribution to mutual aid and co-development,thereby injecting sustainable cultural momentum into rural revitalization.
