摘要
本研究选取江苏省L市G区6个镇辖区内的文化站和26所农村图书馆,通过现场考察、访谈和问卷调查等方法获取信息。通过扎根理论对原始访谈资料进行编码分析,从制度、管理、技术、业态四个维度概括了影响农村图书馆高质量发展的实践要素及各维度存在的问题,提出了以下发展途径:坚持明责赋权改革,实现协同联动;注重专业化培育,催生发展动能;增强数字科技属性,实现以需引供;完善共建机制路径,凝聚社会资源。
This paper investigates six township-level cultural stations and twenty-six rural libraries within District G of L City,Jiangsu Province,using field visits,interviews,and questionnaires to gather data.Applying grounded theory to analyze interview transcripts,the paper identifies key practical elements influencing the high-quality development of rural libraries across institutional,managerial,technological,and operational dimensions.It further outlines the challenges within each dimension.Based on these findings,the paper proposes the strategies as follows:advancing reforms by clarifying responsibilities and delegating authority to foster coordination;strengthening professional development to cultivate growth drivers;enhancing digital capabilities to enable demand-driven service provision;and improving co-construction mechanisms to mobilize broader social resources.These strategies aim to support the direct and effective delivery of high-quality cultural resources to grassroots communities and contribute to rural revitalization through the innovative development of rural libraries.
