白酒内包装质量问题分析

摘要 随着白酒市场竞争的日益加剧,内包装作为与酒体直接接触的部分,其质量不仅关乎产品的外观表现,更与食品安全密切相关。本文详细分析了陶瓷瓶和玻璃酒瓶在内包装检验中常见的质量问题,如渗漏、瓶盖脱落、瓶口不规范、瓶盖内有杂质、瓶身气泡和黑点等,并提出了针对性的整改措施。本文还探讨了内包装质量检验技能的提升方式,以期推动白酒行业内包装质量检验的流程进一步规范,促进白酒行业包装质量的提升。 As competition in the baijiu market intensifies,the quality of inner packaging is in direct contact with the liquor.Inner packaging affects not only the product's appearance but also food safety.The article analyzes common quality issues found in ceramic and glass bottles during inner packaging inspection,such as leakage,cap detachment,irregular bottle mouths,impurities in caps,and bubbles or black spots on bottles.It also proposes targeted corrective measures.Furthermore,the article explores ways to improve inner packaging quality inspection skills to standardize the inspection process and enhance packaging quality in the baijiu industry.
