摘要
食品安全直接关系到社会稳定,也是人们关注的热点问题。而保障食品安全的主要途径就是食品检验检测,有必要做好相关研究分析工作。鉴于此,文中分析了食品检验检测现状及存在问题,探讨影响食品检验检测质量的因素,结合实际情况给出检测质量控制措施,提高食品检验检测质量。
Food safety is not only directly related to social stability,but also a hot issue of public concern.The main way to ensure food safety is food inspection and detection.It is necessary to do a good job in relevant research and analysis.In view of this,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food inspection and testing,discusses the factors affecting the quality of food inspection and testing,and gives the inspection quality control measures combined with the actual situation to improve the quality of food inspection and testing.
