摘要
噬菌体能够裂解特定的细菌,在农业、畜牧业和医学中的病原体诊断和治疗中发挥作用。炭疽芽孢杆菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌是引发炭疽和食物中毒的病原菌,可对人体产生危害。本文就炭疽芽孢杆菌噬菌体和蜡样芽孢杆菌噬菌体的分离鉴定及其应用现状等方面进行简要综述,以期扩展人们对致病性芽孢杆菌噬菌体的了解。
Phages can lyse specific bacteria and play a role in the diagnosis and treatment of pathogens in agriculture,animal husbandry and medicine.Bacillus anthracis and Bacillus cereus are pathogenic bacteria responsible for anthrax and food poisoning,respectively,posing significant risks to human health.This paper provides a brief review on the isolation,identification and current applications of Bacillus anthracis phages and Bacillus cereus phages,aiming to enhance understanding of phage targeting pathogenic spore-forming bacteria.
