高校心理健康服务数智化的内涵、关键挑战和应对之策

The Connotation,Key Challenges,and Coping Strategies of Digital Intelligence Transformation in College Mental Health Services

摘要 高校心理健康服务数智化不是单向度的技术堆砌,而是多维系统交互塑造的复杂过程。通过构建“技术-组织-社会”三维分析框架,从动态关联性视角揭示其共生演化规律,发现高校心理健康服务数智化经历了从单点应用到融合创新的螺旋演进过程,但仍面临以下关键挑战:在技术层面,数智技术与服务融合的深度应用挑战;在高校层面,数智驱动下服务体系的整体重构挑战;在社会层面,外部环境支持与规制的协同治理挑战;在融合层面,技术、高校、社会等三方互动博弈挑战。应通过“深化数智技术创新应用,赋能高校心理健康服务变革”“创新高校体制机制建设,强化心理健康服务系统的整体性重构”“优化政策供给,营造数智化发展新生态”等三个层面协同推进,实现高校心理健康服务数智化。 The digital intelligence transformation of college mental health services is not merely a cumulative process of technology but a complex one shaped by the interactions of a multi-dimensional system.By constructing a three-dimensional analytical frame-work of"technology-college-society,"this paper uncovers the laws of co-evolution from the perspective of dynamic correlation.It is observed that the digital intelligence transformation of college mental health services has evolved through a spiral process,starting from single-point applications and progressing towards integrated innovation.However,several key challenges persist:at the technical lev-el,the challenge lies in the deep integration of digital intelligent technology with mental health services;at the college level,the chal-lenge is the overall reconstruction of digital intelligence-driven mental health services;and at the social level,the challenge is the collaborative governance of external environmental support and regulation;and at the integration level,the challenge is the interactive game among technology,college,and society.The paper proposes promoting the construction of a new ecosystem for the digital intelli-gence transformation of college mental health services through three approaches:deepening the innovative application of digital intelli-gent technology to empower the transformation of college mental health services;innovating college systems and mechanisms to strength-en the overall reconstruction of mental health service systems;and optimizing policy supply to create a new ecosystem for digital intlli-gence development.
