摘要
试验旨在探究米曲霉培养物固态厌氧发酵饲料对生长育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质、胃组织修复及肠道绒毛结构的影响。选取216头初始体重(50.78±1.66)kg的生长育肥猪,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮上添加3%发酵饲料。试验期间系统测定两组猪的生长性能(平均日增重、平均日采食量及料重比)、屠宰性能(宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率及肉品质分级),并同步评估胃组织健康状态(充血、糜烂及溃疡发生率)及十二指肠形态学特征(绒毛高度、隐窝深度及绒隐比)。结果表明:试验组末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),料重比呈降低趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组宰前活重、胴体重及屠宰率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且胴体肉品质分级(一、二、三级肉占比)显著优化;与对照组相比,试验组胃充血、糜烂及溃疡发生率显著降低,十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值极显著提高(P<0.01),肠道黏膜形态结构明显改善。综上,含米曲霉培养物的固态厌氧发酵饲料可显著提升生长育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质及胃肠健康水平。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of solid-state anaerobic fermented feed containing Aspergillus oryzae culture on growth performance,carcass traits,gastric tissue repair,and intesti⁃nal villus morphology in growing-finishing pigs.A total of 216 growing-finishing pigs with an initial body weight of(50.78±1.66)kg were randomly allocated into two groups:the control group received a basal diet,while the treatment group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 3%fermented feed.During the experi⁃mental period,growth performance indicators(average daily gain,ADG;average daily feed intake,ADFI;feed conversion ratio,FCR),slaughter traits(live weight at slaughter,carcass weight,dressing percentage,and meat quality grading)were systematically measured.Additionally,gastric health status(incidence rates of hyperemia,erosion,and ulcers)and duodenal morphological characteristics(villus height,crypt depth,and villus-to-crypt ratio)were evaluated.The results showed that the treatment group exhib⁃ited significantly higher final weight,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake compared to the control group(P<0.01).The feed-to-gain ratio showed a decreasing tendency,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Additionally, live weight, carcass weight, and dressing percentagewere significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01). Furthermore, the treat⁃ment group demonstrated improved meat quality, as evidenced by an increased proportion of gradesⅠto Ⅲmeat. The treatment group exhibited reduced incidences of gastric congestion, erosion, and ulcers. The duo⁃denal villus height-to-crypt depth ratio was significantly increased (P<0.01), and mucosal morphology wasmarkedly improved. It indicates that solid-state anaerobic fermented feed containing Aspergillus oryzae cul⁃ture significantly improves growth performance, carcass quality, and gastrointestinal health in growingfinishingpigs.
