功能菌株及其复合菌剂发酵配合饲料的研究 被引量:8

摘要 发酵饲料富含有益微生物、消化酶及功能物质,已广泛应用于畜牧行业,应用效果良好。微生物种类及功能是影响微生物发酵饲料发酵效果的关键因素之一。为研究不同功能菌株在发酵过程中的作用,以pH、酸溶蛋白含量、抗原蛋白和抑菌活性为指标,对不同菌株及其复合菌剂固态发酵鸡配合饲料进行评价。结果表明:FM-20菌株产酸性物质能力较强,能显著降低饲料pH(P<0.05);FM-18菌株发酵产酸溶蛋白最快;JM-1菌株抑制大肠杆菌能力较强。经复配后,各菌株产生一定协同发酵作用,酸溶蛋白含量达到35.98%,β-伴大豆球蛋白降解明显,对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌抑制活性显著(P<0.05),对大肠杆菌的抑菌面积达到1.18 cm2。试验为功能菌株及其复合菌剂在发酵配合饲料中的应用提供了相应的基础。 Fermented feed,which is rich in beneficial microorganisms,various digestive enzymes,and functional substances,has been widely applied in animal husbandry industry and its application effect is good.Microbial species and function are the key factors influencing the fermentation effects.In order to study the role of different functional strains during the fermentation process,the indexes of p H,acid soluble protein-to-crude pro-tein,antigenic protein and antimicrobial activities were used to evaluate the fermentation effects of fer-mented chicken compound feed with different strains and their compound agent in the solid fermentationstate.The results showed that the strain FM-20 had a strong ability to produce acidic substances whichcould reduce p H of the fermented compound feed significantly(P<0.05).The strain FM-18 could pro-duce acid-soluble protein more quickly.The strain JM-1 had a stronger ability to inhibit Escherichia coli.A certain synergistic effect was generated from strains after compounding.The acid soluble protein-to-crude protein of the fermented compound feed could reach 35.98%,and the degradation of β-conglycininwas obvious.The inhibitory activity against E.coli and Salmonella increased significantly(P<0.05),andthe inhibitory area against E.coli reached 1.18 cm^(2).The study provided a basis for the application offunctional strains and their compound agents in fermented compound feed.
