摘要
基于整合技术接受和采用理论(UTAUT),结合改进任务技术匹配理论(TTF),构建智能建造技术的采纳和持续使用影响因素假设模型,并通过结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明:绩效期望、努力期望和便利条件3个因素正向影响技术的采纳行为,而社会影响作用未达显著。工程的任务特征与智能建造技术特征正向影响任务技术匹配度,任务技术匹配度通过完全中介作用影响效益达成度,并形成“任务技术匹配度→效益达成度→持续使用意愿”的链式中介路径。研究成果可为建筑业智能化转型中技术应用场景的优化与推广策略的制定提供实证依据。
Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)and combined with an improved Task-Technology Fit(TTF)theory,a hypothetical model of factors influencing the adoption and continuous use of intelligent construction technology was constructed,and an Empirical analysis was conducted through Structural Equation Modeling.The results show that performance expectancy,effort expectancy,and facilitating conditions positively affect the adoption behavior of the technology,whereas the effect of social influence is not significant.Task characteristics and technology characteristics positively influence task-technology fit.Furthermore,task-technology fit exerts a complete mediating effect on benefit achievement,forming a chain mediation path of"task-technology fit-benefit achievement-continuous use intention".The research results provide empirical evidence for the optimization and promotion strategies of technology application scenarios in the intelligent transformation of the construction industry.
