夏热冬暖地区农村建筑节能改造与装配式建筑应用分析 被引量:15

Building energy-saving retrofit and application analysis of prefabricated building in rural areas in hot summer and warm winter areas

摘要 针对夏热冬暖地区农村既有建筑在节能与生态方面存在的不足,采用De ST能耗模拟软件分析适用于夏热冬暖地区的建筑围护结构节能改造措施,分别建立了3种农村既有建筑方案模型和3种对既有建筑进行节能改造的建筑方案模型,进行能耗模拟验证分析,并结合装配式建筑理念,提出了3种农村装配式节能建筑方案,根据调研情况对其进行生态性与经济性分析。研究表明:农村建筑节能改造的重心应放在遮阳构件和轻型隔热材料的应用上;改造后的建筑方案的能耗均低于参照建筑方案,均达到50%建筑节能设计标准的要求;装配式节能建筑的造价成本虽然略高于现浇式建筑,但其生态性优于现浇式建筑,在预制构件的工业化发展和国家的大力支持下,可以有效地应用于农村地区。 In view of the deficiencies of existing rural buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas in energy-saving and ecology.The DeST energy consumption simulation software was used to analyze the energy-saving retrofit measures of building envelope,which were suitable for hot summer and warm winter areas.Three kinds of existing rural building scheme models and three kinds of building scheme models for energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings were established respectively,and energy consumption simulation and verification analysis were carried out.Combined with the concept of prefabricated building,three kinds of rural prefabricated energy-saving building schemes were put out,and the ecological and economic analysis was carried out according to investigation.The research show that the focus of energy-saving retrofit of existing rural buildings should be placed on the application of sunshade components and light insulation materials.The energy consumption of the building energy-saving retrofit schemes are all lower than that of the reference building schemes,and all meet the requirements of 50%building energy-saving standard.Although the cost of prefabricated energy-saving building is slightly higher than that of cast-in-place building,its ecological quality is better than that of cast-in-place building.With the industrialization development of prefabricated components and the strong support of the country,prefabricated energy-saving building can be effectively applied to rural areas.
