The Influence of Interorganizational System on the Relationship among Cooperating Organizations

摘要目前跨组织信息系统在越来越多的企业组织供应链上得以快速发展和应用。作者通过长期对一些中国企业构建供应链上IOS的应用状况观察,发现跨组织信息系统的应用可能会对供应链合作组织之间的关系产生某种影响。本文从理论和实证的不同视角对这一影响加以剖析,力求从中揭示IOS对供应链合作组织双方短期和长期关系的影响作用,并对未来企业构建、管理IOS和伙伴关系提供有益的建议和指导。 InterorganizationalSystem (IOS)isbeingdevelopedrapidlyandusedinmoreandmoreorganizations .Ac cordingtothelong -termobservationontheutilizationofIOSinsupplychainofChineseorganizations,theauthors foundthattheutilizationofIOSinfluencestherelationshipamongsupplychainpartners.Thispaperanalyzesthein fluencesfromboththeoriesandpractices ,tryingtoexploretheshort -termandlong -terminfluencesthatIOShas onsupplychainpartners ,inordertoguidefutureconstruction ,IOSmanagementandpartnershipdevelopmentforor ganizations .
