海洋石油平台用钢EH36微合金化生产实践

摘要 根据钢水中基本元素贡献强度值的经验式和微合金的强化机理,开发设计生产了海洋石油平台用钢EH36。生产实践证明:采用铌钒复合的微合金化时连铸铸坯表面裂纹严重,钢水成分设计优化为钒硼系列后铸坯表面裂纹消失,说明Nb增大了铸坯裂纹的敏感性;冲击试样断口的裂纹和夹杂物颗粒会导致周围产生脆性断裂,对试样的冲击稳定性存在明显影响;V在轧制过程中对温度要求比较宽范,增加了轧制窗口,钒硼体系性能合格率有了明显的提升,由原来的20%提高到80%以上,但仍存在诸多不稳定因素,还需进一步优化。 According to the empirical formula of the contribution intensity value of basic elements in steel and the strengthening mechanism of microalloy,the steel EH3 for offshore oil platform was developed and designed for production.The production practice proves that when niobium and vanadium are used for microalloying,the surface of the continuous casting slab are serious.After the steel composition is optimized to the vanadium-boron series,the surface cracks of the slab disappear,which shows that Nb increases the sensitivity of the slab cracks;the cracks and inclusion particles on the impact sample fracture will lead to brittle fracture around,and there is significant impact on the impact stability of the sample;the V has a relatively wide temperature requirement during rolling,which increases the rolling window,and the performance qualified of the vanadium-boron system has been significantly improved,from the original 20%to more than 80%,but there are still many unstable factors and further optimization is needed.
