摘要
马钢用 6 0t顶底复吹转炉冶炼 ,钢包炉吹氩、喂线和成分微调 ,异型坯 (mm :75 0× 4 5 0× 12 0 )弧形连铸和H型钢万能轧机轧制工艺研制了碳当量Ceq≤ 0 4 2 %的V Nb微合金高强度热轧H型钢 (%) :0 14~0 17C ,0 4 3~ 0 5 5Si,1 2 8~ 1 4 5Mn ,0 0 10~ 0 0 2 8S ,0 0 10~ 0 0 2 7P ,0 0 3~ 0 0 5Nb ,0 0 8~ 0 12V。检验统计数据表明 ,BS 5 5C热轧H型钢组织为铁素体 +珠光体 ,实际晶粒度 9级 ,屈服强度均在 4 2
The V-Nb microalloy high strength hot rolled H- beam steel - 0.14~0.17C, 0.43~0.55Si, 1.28~1.45Mn, 0.010~0.028S, 0.010~0.027P, 0.03~0.05Nb, 0.08~0.12V with Ceq≤0.42% has been developed by 60 t top and bottom combined blow converter, LF argon stirring - wire feeding and trimming, beam billet (750 mm×450 mm×120 mm) curved concasting and universal mill rolling for H- beam at Maanshan Iron and Steel. Examined statistic data showed that the structure of H- beam BS 55C was ferrite + pearlite, the grain size number of products was 9, and the yield strength of steel was more than 420 MPa.
