摘要
镀锌高强钢因具有良好的延展性、高强度和耐腐蚀性在汽车制造领域中被大量使用。电阻点焊是白车身中重要的连接技术,而在电阻点焊焊接过程中,镀锌层会在电阻热作用下熔化并渗入焊点内部,从而在接头上形成液态金属脆化(Liquid metal embrittlement,LME)裂纹,这些裂纹不仅会降低材料的延展性,而且会对接头的服役性能造成影响。文中阐述了LME裂纹的产生机理和物理机制,回顾总结了LME裂纹的关键特征,重点探讨了影响点焊接头LME裂纹敏感性的主要因素和预测方法,并就LME裂纹对点焊接头服役性能的影响进行了详细分析,最后归纳出抑制点焊工艺中LME裂纹的方法,以期为后续的研究工作和方向提供参考。
Galvanized high-strength steel is widely used in the field of automobile manufacturing due to its good ductility,high strength and high corrosion resistance.Resistance spot welding is an important connection technology in white body welding.During the resistance spot welding process,the galvanized layer will melt and penetrate into the interior of the welded points under the action of resistance heat,forming liquid metal embrittlement(LME)cracks on the welded joints.These cracks not only reduce the ductility of the material,but also affect the service performance of the welded joints.This paper elaborates on the generation mechanism and physical mechanism of LME cracks,reviews and summarizes the key characteristics of LME cracks,focuses on exploring the main factors and prediction methods that affect the sensitivity of LME cracks in resistance spot welded joints,and analyzes in detail the impact of LME cracks on the service performance of resistance spot welded joints.Finally,methods to suppress LME cracks in spot welding processes are summarized,providing reference for subsequent research work and directions.
