摘要
聚焦医院信息集成平台在区域协同与基层拓展方面的实践应用,通过分析区域(与院外医院、省/市平台)和基层(医联体模式)的不同协同共享类别,探讨其对患者就医便捷性、就诊成本及医疗质量的影响。以区域云影像质控平台为实践案例,详细阐述医院信息集成平台在统一接口标准、优化业务流程等方面的作用,为医院信息集成平台的建设与发展提供参考,推动医疗资源的合理配置与医疗服务水平的提升。
This paper focuses on the practical application of hospital information integration platforms in regional collaboration and grassroots expansion.By analyzing the different collaborative sharing categories of regional collaboration(with external hospitals,provincial/municipal platforms)and grassroots(medical consortium model),it explores their impact on patient convenience,medical costs,and medical quality.Taking the regional cloud imaging quality control platform as a practical case,this paper elaborates on the role of the hospital information integration platform in unifying interface standards,optimizing business processes,etc.,providing references for the construction and development of the hospital information integration platform,and promoting the rational allocation of medical resources and the improvement of medical service levels.
