摘要
中医电子病历是伴随着国内医院信息化进程而发展起来的新生事物。中医电子病历是中医临床信息系统的采集系统,是中医现代化研究主要工具。当前国内中医电子病历的研究的重点主要集中在标准化、结构化、集成化、质量监控四个方面。随着中医临床科研的广泛深入和现代信息技术的日新月异,临床科研一体化、专科专病化、智能化、网络化,将是未来中医电子病历发展的必由之路。
The electronic medical record （EMR） of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） was a new object with the development of informatization hospital. It also was a collection system of clinical information system and the main instrument of research for modernization of TCM. At present, the studies of internal EMR of TCM focused on the standardization, structuring, integrating and quality control. With the enlarging of the extent and depth of clinical scientific research of TCM, and with the quick changes of modern information technologies, integrating clinic and scientific research, special course of study, intelligentification, network would be the only way of the development of EMR of TCM in the future.
