摘要
目的:建设医联体平台,实现川北地区区域内医疗数据信息互联互通,促进分级诊疗服务有效落地。方法:基于标准体系及安全体系,结合各医疗卫生机构信息系统情况,建设以川北医学院附属医院为牵头单位、覆盖南充市10家县域医院的医联体平台。结果:川北医联体平台具备双向转诊、就诊预约、标本送检、基础数据管理四大业务功能。平台的构建和应用,规范了医疗服务行为,提升了区域医疗服务能力,提高了群众接受医疗卫生服务的可及性、便捷性。结论:建设区域医疗信息共享与服务协同平台、覆盖远程医疗服务的协作网络有助于区域医疗一体化发展体系的建立,是对分级诊疗、区域医疗一体化发展的有益尝试。
Objective To build a medical consortium collaborative platform to realize the interconnection of medical data and information within the region of North Sichuan,and promote the effective implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment services.Methods Based on the standard system,safety system,and the information system of various medical institutions,a medical consortium collaborative platform covering 10 county hospitals in Nanchong was built with the affiliated hospital of North Sichuan Medical College(NSMC)as the leading institution.Results The platform had four functions:bidirecional referral,medical appointment,specimen inspection and basic data management.The construction and application of the platform has standardized medical service conductions,improved the regional medical service capacity,and improved the accessibility and convenience of medical and health services for the public.Conclusion The cross-domain medical information sharing and service collaboration platform and the collaboration network covering telemedicine services are conducive to the establishment of regional medical integration development system,which is a beneficial attempt for the development of graded diagnosis and treatment and regional medical integration.
