摘要
高校通过创新创业教育培养湖南先进制造业人才是一个重要课题。高校依托现行创新创业教育方式与先进制造业人才培养方式的多重契合,结合先进制造业人才培养整体路径和湖南先进制造业人才需求趋势,优化构建适应湖南先进制造业人才需求的创新创业教育路径。主要路径是建立分层实施的创新创业教育模式,建立分类实施的创新创业教育模式和建立全过程、开放式、可持续的创新创业教育模式。
It is an important issue for colleges to cultivate talents for Hunan's advanced manufacturing industry through innovation and entrepreneurship education.Relying on the multiple alignments between the current innovation and entrepreneurship education methods and the talent cultivation methods for advanced manufacturing industry,colleges,in combination with the overall path of advanced manufacturing industry talent cultivation and the talent demand trend of Hunan's advanced manufacturing industry,optimize and construct an innovation and entrepreneurship education path that meets the talent demands of Hunan's advanced manufacturing industry.The main approaches are to establish a hierarchical implementation model for innovation and entrepreneurship education,a classified implementation model for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and a full-process open and sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship education model.
