摘要
建构中国自主知识体系是在“两个大局”背景下,对建构学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的创新探索,是“摸石过河”的新任务,包括建构自然科学自主知识体系和哲学社会科学自主知识体系两大部分。需要深刻认识西方知识体系的局限性和中国实践对自主知识体系的迫切要求,以及国家独特优势为体系建构提供的可能性,以便从理论逻辑层面解答该体系“为何建构”的问题。明晰“中国自主知识体系”的理论内涵和“建构中国自主知识体系”的实践内涵、显著特征,从本体论层面解答该体系“是什么样态”的问题。分析现阶段自主知识体系构建所面临的时代化、学理化、学术化、系统化和世界化问题,从具体表征层面解答该体系的构建“面临何种问题”。从体制机制建设、强化党的创新理论研究阐释、优化学科布局生成标识性概念范畴、创新跨部门合作推动知识成果转化、确立新的范式方法五个方面提出解决问题和加快体系构建的方案,从方法论层面解答中国自主知识体系“如何建构”的问题。
The construction of China s autonomous knowledge system is a new task and an innovative exploration of constructing disciplinary system,academic system,and discourse system under the background of the“two overall national situations”.It contains two major components:the natural sciences and philosophy and social sciences.At the theoretical and logical level,it is essential to deeply recognize the limitations of the Western knowledge system,the urgent need for an independent knowledge system based on Chinese practices,and the possibilities offered by the Chinese unique advantages for system construction to solve question of why this system must be constructed.At the ontological level,clarifying the theoretical implications of the“China s autonomous knowledge system”,the practical implications of its construction and its distinctive features can solve the question of“what form this system takes”.At the descriptive level,analyzing the issues of modernization,theorization,academization,systematization,and globalization that the construction of an independent knowledge system currently faces can solve the question of“what challenges this system faces”.Finally,at the methodological level,solutions can be advanced in five areas:institutional and mechanistic construction,strengthening the research and interpretation of the innovative theories of the Communist Party of China,optimizing disciplinary layout to generate distinctive conceptual categories,innovating cross-departmental cooperation to promote the conversion of knowledge outcomes,and establishing new paradigms and methods,thereby solving the question of“how to construct”the Chinese independent knowledge system.
