摘要
数字经济引领了新一代科技革命,对劳动力市场产生深远影响。从影响机制、影响效应、就业结构和就业质量四个方面综述数字经济对农民工就业的影响。综合现有研究,数字经济可通过工作塑造机制、包容性机制和排斥性机制影响农民工就业;其影响效应既有正向效应也有负向效应;数字经济加快了工作转换频率,减少了职场中“性别歧视”和“年龄歧视”,但对技能、学历的影响各异,需警惕可能带来农民工“去技能化”趋势;数字经济可能会带来工资收入不平等、劳动时间延长、就业不稳定性增加等负面影响。未来可从研究视角、理论模型构建、实证分析方法、数据跟踪与更新等方面进行深入探索。
The digital economy has led a new generation of scientific and technological revolution and has a profound impact on the labor market.The effects of the digital economy on the employment of rural migrant workers were systematically reviewed,focusing on four key aspects:impact mechanisms,impact effects,employment structure and employment quality.Based on the existing research,the digital economy can affect the employment of migrant workers through workshaping mechanism,inclusive mechanism and exclusion mechanism.Its influence effect has both positive and negative effects.The digital economy has accelerated the frequency of job switching and reduced“gender discrimination”and“age discrimination”in the workplace,but the impact on skills and academic qualifications is different,and it is necessary to be alert to the trend of“de-skilling”of migrant workers.The digital economy may bring negative effects such as wage income inequality,prolonged working hours,and increased employment instability.In the future,in-depth exploration can be carried out from the aspects of research perspective,theoretical model construction,empirical analysis method,data tracking and updating.
