摘要
目的构建基于证据的心力衰竭患者运动康复健康教育内容体系,为科普作品的制作提供依据。方法通过文献检索总结心力衰竭患者运动康复的证据,形成心力衰竭患者运动康复健康教育内容初稿;通过半结构访谈,了解心力衰竭患者对心脏运动康复健康教育内容的需求;通过专家函询构建心力衰竭患者运动康复健康教育内容体系。结果心力衰竭患者运动康复健康教育内容体系共计5个一级指标、23个二级指标、51个三级指标,重要性评分均数均>3.5,变异系数均<0.16,满分率均>0.25。结论心力衰竭患者运动康复健康教育内容以循证证据为基础,以患者需求为导向,经过专家函询构建的健康教育内容体系真实可靠、科学合理,可以为制作心力衰竭患者运动康复科普作品提供依据。
Objective To construct an evidence-based content system for exercise rehabilitation and health education for heart failure patients,providing a basis for the production of popular science works.Methods The evidence of exercise rehabilitation in heart failure patients was summarized through literature search,and to form a preliminary draft of exercise rehabilitation health education content for heart failure patients.Through semi-structured interviews,to understand the needs of heart failure patients for cardiac exercise rehabilitation health education content.Constructing a content system for exercise rehabilitation and health education for heart failure patients through expert inquiry.Results The content system of exercise rehabilitation health education for heart failure patients includes 5 primary indicators,23 secondary indicators,and 51 tertiary indicators.The mean importance score is greater than 3.5,the coefficient of variation was less than 0.16,and the full score rate is greater than 0.25.Conclusion The content of exercise rehabilitation health education for heart failure patients is based on evidence-based research,guided by patient needs,and constructed through expert inquiry.The health education content system is authentic,reliable,and scientifically reasonable,which can provide a basis for producing popular science works on exercise rehabilitation for heart failure patients.
