基于潮汐理论模型的俱乐部式健康教育模式在肝移植患者中的应用

The Application of Club--style Health Education Model Based on Tidal Theory Model in Liver Transplant Patients

摘要 目的探讨基于潮汐理论模型的俱乐部式健康教育模式在肝移植术后患者中的应用效果,分析创新健康教育形式的可行性。方法选取某院肝脏移植中心2020年8月1日-2024年7月31日行肝脏移植手术患者,按照随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组172例。对照组进行常规干预,观察组采取基于潮汐理论模型的俱乐部式健康教育模式干预,采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、肝移植后生活质量调查问卷(pLTQ)调查两组患者干预前、干预后的自我护理能力、应对方式及生活质量的评分。结果干预后观察组自护能力自我概念(t=-76.95,P<0.001)、自我责任感(t=-33.88,P<0.001)、自我护理技能(t=-37.29,P<0.001)、健康知识水平(t=-30.46,P<0.001);应对方式:积极应对(t=-84.135,P<0.001)、消极应对(t=-105.780,P<0.001);生活质量总分(t=-29.996,P<0.001)及差值(t=-18.268,P<0.001)。观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论基于潮汐理论模型的肝移植俱乐部健康教育方案能显著提高肝移植患者的自我管理能力,使患者能以积极的方式面对疾病,改善患者的生活质量。 Objectives To explore the application effect of the club-style health education model based on the tidal theory model in patients after liver transplantation and analyze the feasibility of innovating the form of health education.Methods Patients who underwent liver transplantation in the liver transplantation center of a certain hospital from August 1st,2020 to July 31st,2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 172 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group adopted the club-style health education model based on the tidal theory model for intervention.The Self-care Ability Scale(ESCA),the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),and the Quality of Life after Liver Transplantation Questionnaire(pLTQ)were used to investigate the scores of self-care ability,coping styles,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-care ability of the observation group included self-concept(t=-76.95,P<0.001),self-responsibility(t=-33.88,P<0.001),self-care skills(t=-37.29,P<0.001),and health knowledge level(t=-30.46,P<0.001);Coping styles:Positive coping(t=-84.135,P<0.001),negative coping(t=-105.780,P<0.001);The total score of quality of life(t=-29.996,P<0.001)and the difference(=-18.268,P<0.001).The observation group was superior to the control group in all cases,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions The health education program of the iiver transplantation club based on the tidal theory model could significantly improve the self-management ability of liver transplantation patients,enabling them to face the disease in a positive way and improve the quality of life of patients.
