摘要
目的分析基于健康信念指导的护理干预对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者自我护理能力及健康知识水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年1月-2024年10月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的113例DN患者的临床资料,按护理方法不同分为对照组(57例)和观察组(56例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在上述基础上采用基于健康信念指导的护理干预。比较两组血糖水平[空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPBG)]、自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定表(Exer⁃cise of Self-care Agency,ESCA)]、健康知识水平。结果与对照组相比,干预后观察组FBG、2 hFBG水平较低,ESCA及健康知识水平得分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于健康信念指导的护理干预应用于DN患者,能提高健康知识水平,增强自我护理能力,改善血糖水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on health belief guidance on self-care abil-ity and health knowledge level of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The clinical data of 113 patients with DN admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to October 2024 were retro-spectively selected and divided into control group(57 cases)and observation group(56 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nurs-ing intervention based on health belief guidance on the basis of the above.The levels of blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)],self-care ability[Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)]and health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG in the observation group after intervention were lower,and the ESCA score and health knowledge score were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing interven-tion based on health belief guidance in DN patients can improve the level of health knowledge,enhance self-care abil-ity and improve blood glucose level.
