摘要
习近平法治思想作为马克思主义法治理论中国化时代化的最新成果,对高中法治教育意义重大。当前其融入高中“政治与法治”课虽有进展,但面临诸多挑战,主要表现为学生认知浅显、学习动机受应试思维制约,教师法治素养与教学方法存在不足,社会和家庭法治教育支持欠缺。为改善现状,需提升教师法治素养,创新教学方法,重塑学生学习态度,强化社会与家庭协同,以增强习近平法治思想融入的实效性,培育学生法治意识与素养。
As the latest achievement in the chinization and modernization of Marxist rule of law theory,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is of great significance to the legal education in high school.Although certain progress has been made in its integration into the course of“politics and the rule of law”,there still remain some challenges.Many students have superficial understanding and they are often constrained by exam-oriented thinking in their learning motivation,many teachers lack adequate legal literacy and effective teaching methods,and the legal education in society and families lack support.To improve the current situation,it is necessary to enhance the teachers’legal literacy,innovate the teaching methods,reshape the students’learning attitudes,and strengthen the collaboration between society and families.These measures will enhance the effectiveness of integrating Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and cultivate the students’legal awareness and competence.
