摘要
雅万高铁地处印度尼西亚,不具备直接运输500 m长钢轨的条件,且船舶仅能运输50 m钢轨,针对雅万高铁项目受海陆运输限制且长钢轨焊接基地建设周期长、成本高等问题,创新了集成型焊轨生产线成套技术,制订了集装箱式单元集成型临时焊轨基地布局方案,钢轨焊接总成本节约68%,有效保障了焊接质量和生产效率。
The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway is located in Indonesia and does not have the conditions to directly transport 500-meter-long steel rails.Moreover,ships can only transport 50-meter-long steel rails.In response to the problems of the Jakarta-Bong High-Speed Railway project,such as the restrictions of sea and land transportation and the long construction period and high cost of the long rail welding base,a complete set of integrated rail welding production line technology was innovated,and a layout plan for the container-type unit integrated temporary rail welding base was formulated.The total cost of rail welding was reduced by 68%,effectively ensuring the welding quality and production efficiency.
