摘要
以印度尼西亚雅万高铁1号隧道施工项目为依托,研究复杂地层大直径盾构隧道下穿轻轨施工技术。采用我国自主研发的大直径泥水加压平衡盾构机,在分析场地工程地质条件的基础上,开展盾构性能参数研究、始发盾构掘进技术研究和盾构正常掘进研究。该施工技术方案解决高烈度地震地区地层复杂环境下高铁盾构掘进施工问题,盾构掘进风险得到有效控制。
Relying on the construction project of No.1 Tunnel of Jakarta\|Bandung High\|speed Railway in Indonesia,in order to study the related construction technology scheme of large-diameter shield tunnel underpassing light rail in complex stratum,the large-diameter muddy water pressure balancing shield machine independently developed by China is used to research on shield performance parameters,initial shield tunneling technology and normal shield tunneling on the basis of engineering geological conditions.It solves the problem of high-speed railway shield tunneling construction in complex stratum environment in high-intensity earthquake areas,and the shield tunneling risk is effectively controlled.
