摘要
目的探讨对行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者,将快速康复理念应用于患者围术期护理中的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年3月收治的100例择期行手术治疗的LDH患者随机分成干预组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),两组均采取经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘摘除术的手术方式,期间予以对照组围术期常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上,将快速康复理念加入到围术期的护理中,对比两组患者术后康复情况及并发症发生情况。结果干预组在术后肛门排气、下床及住院等康复时间指标上均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组术后并发症总发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组16.00%的总发生率(P<0.05)。结论对行手术治疗的LDH患者,围术期护理中将快速康复理念贯穿到实际的护理工作中,可以促进患者康复及降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept on patients with surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Choose 100 cases LDH patients with elective surgery from January 2018 to March 2019,divide them into intervention group(n=50)and control group(n=50)randomly.Both groups were treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramenoscope,control group was treated with lower discectomy during perioperative period,and intervention group added rapid rehabilitation concept perioperative nursing on the basis of control group.Compare postoperative recovery and complications of two groups.Results Recovery time indexes of postoperative anal exhaustion,out of bed and length of stay of intervention group were shorter than control group(P<0.05);total postoperative complications incidence in intervention group was 4.00%,significantly lower than 16.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept can promote rehabilitation and reduce postoperative complications incidence of LDH patients with surgical treatment during perioperative actual nursing work.
