摘要
为了探究影响错位药型罩旋转补偿能力的因素,利用数值模拟方法对药型罩的压垮过程进行研究。分析了错位药型罩扇块对应圆周角、扇块偏转角、扇块过渡区长度对射流转速的影响,对比了普通截锥罩和错位药型罩在战斗部转速为60000 r/min时侵彻45#钢的极限穿深。结果表明:随着圆周角、扇块偏转角的增加,聚能射流角速度逐渐提高,但射流稳定性有所下降;扇块过渡区长度过大会降低射流角速度;采用错位药型罩的聚能装药可有效对弹丸自转进行补偿,较普通药型罩的聚能装药极限穿深提高28.5%。研究结论可为错位药型罩设计提供理论指导。
In order to explore the factors affecting the rotation compensation ability of the misaligned liner,the numerical simulation method was used to study the crushing process of the liner.The influence of the corresponding circumference angle of the fan block,the deflection angle of the fan block and the length of the transition zone of the fan block on the jet rotation speed is analyzed.The limit penetration depth of the ordinary truncated cone liner and the misaligned liner penetrating 45#steel at the warhead rotation speed of 60000 r/min is compared.The results show that with the increase of circumferential angle and fan deflection angle,the angular velocity of shaped charge jet increases gradually,but the stability of jet decreases.The excessive length of the transition zone of the fan block will reduce the jet angular velocity and the shaped charge with staggered liner can effectively compensate the rotation of the projectile,which is 28.5%higher than the limit penetration depth of the shaped charge with ordinary liner.The research conclusions can provide theoretical guidance for the design of misaligned liner.
