摘要
本文介绍了国内外药型罩制造技术的发展现状,对精密药型罩要求的精密成形工艺作了详细论述,同时概述了用于制造重金属药型罩的先进制造工艺及发展趋势。对未来药型罩的发展作了大胆的预测。
In this paper, the progresses on manufacturing and precision forming techniques home and overseas have been introduced for exact shaped charge liners in detail. Some trends of advanced manufacturing techniques for heavy metal liners have been also discussed and predicted for the future. It is considered that the material of liners is key to improve the penetrating properties of shaped charges, and the forming technology plays an important role in the jets characters, then influences the penetration effect for shaped charge liners.
