中药饮片智能调剂设备的设计与实现

摘要 近年来,随着中医药的影响不断加大,中药处方的抓方需求量越来越大,但大部分中药处方还需要人工抓方,容易出现抓取不准、漏抓错抓等情况。目前市面上也存在有自动化抓方的设备,但设备在称重精度、自动化应用程度和质量把控等方面无法相互结合。从技术的可行性与设备的投资成本出发,提出一种新型的中药饮片智能调剂设备,通过整合中药学、机械工程、自动化控制技术、信息化技术以及智能制造技术,重点研究中药饮片在自动化抓方中的准确性和精度可靠性。偏心振子与称重系统相互结合,通过对称重系统反馈的质量与处方所需的质量进行实时地比较,智能调节偏心振子的转动速度,从而自动调控中药饮片的下料速度,提高单味中药饮片的调剂精度与准确度,确保调剂质量符合国家标准。测试数据显示,该设备在中药处方调剂中总质量的误差在±5%,单味中药饮片调剂时间缩短至10~15 s。与传统调剂设备相比,该设备在生产效率、质量稳定性等方面有显著提升,且具有良好的扩展性与兼容性,可满足不同种类、不同规格的中药饮片的自动化调剂生产需求。 In recent years,with the increasing influence of traditional Chinese medicine,the demand for Chinese medicine prescriptions has been growing.However,most Chinese medicine prescriptions still require manual preparation,which can lead to inaccurate or incorrect preparation.At present,there are also automated dispensing devices on the market,but the devices cannot be combined with each other in terms of weighing accuracy,automation application level,and quality control.Starting from the feasibility of technology and the investment cost of equipment,a new type of self intelligent dispensing device for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is proposed.By integrating traditional Chinese medicine,mechanical engineering,automation control technology,information technology,and intelligent manufacturing technology,the focus is on studying the accuracy and reliability of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in automated formulation.By combining the eccentric oscillator with the weighing system,the weight feedback from the weighing system is compared in real time with the weight required by the prescription.The rotation speed of the eccentric oscillator is intelligently adjusted to achieve automatic control of the feeding speed of traditional Chinese medicine slices,improve the accuracy and precision of the dispensing of single Chinese medicine slices,and ensure that the dispensing quality meets national standards.Test data show that the total weight error of the device in traditional Chinese medicine prescription dispensing is within±5%,and the dispensing time for a single Chinese medicine decoction piece is shortened to 10~15 s.Compared with traditional dispensing equipment,the equipment has significantly improved production efficiency,quality stability,and has good scalability and compatibility,which can meet the automated dispensing production needs of different types and specifications of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
