摘要
慢性筋骨病病程长且病因复杂,随着人口老龄化及生活行为方式的改变,我国慢性筋骨病的发生逐渐趋于年轻化。中医药防治慢性筋骨病具有手段多样、疗效确切、技术操作性强、患者依存性高等特点,在慢性筋骨病健康管理、医养结合方面有着独特优势,符合大健康这一“时代命题”。本文从大健康理念出发,重点探讨中医药防治慢性筋骨病的意义、特点及优势,并就防治模式的构建与应用进行探析,为慢性筋骨病在大健康问题中的应对提供可参考的路径。
Chronic musculoskeletal disease has a long course and complicated etiology.With the aging of the population and changes in lifestyles,the occurrence of chronic musculoskeletal diseases in my country is gradually becoming younger.The prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal diseases with traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of diverse methods,definite curative effects,strong technical operability,and high patient dependence.It has unique advantages in the health management of chronic musculoskeletal diseases and the integration of medical care,which is in line with the"proposition of the times"of general health.Starting from the concept of general health,this article focuses on the significance,characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal diseases,and analyzes the construction and application of prevention and treatment models,providing a reference path for chronic musculoskeletal diseases in major health problems.
