摘要
钢轨伸缩调节器作为高速铁路轨道结构的薄弱环节之一,是高铁养护维修的重难点。高速铁路钢轨伸缩调节器运行状态主要采用人工巡检+轨检车定期检测的方式确定,存在夜间天窗时间短,白天无法实时掌握调节器状态等问题。因此提出高速铁路钢轨伸缩调节器变形实时监测方案,应用于有砟和无砟轨道钢轨伸缩调节器的监测工作。基于图像识别技术自动化获取钢轨伸缩调节器尖轨伸缩位移、基本轨伸缩位移、伸缩装置纵向位移以及钢枕间距等变形情况,通过位移识别算法实现钢轨伸缩调节器变形精准识别;采用嵌入式开发实现图像数据流现场处理,保证系统高频数据采集与高效数据处理和传输。成果已经在福厦高铁4座大跨度桥梁钢轨伸缩调节器监测工作中应用,变形识别精度达到了±1 mm,为高铁运营安全提供了保障。
The rail expansion joint,as one of the weak links in the high speed railway track structure,poses significant challenges in maintenance and repair.The operating status of the rail expansion joint in high speed railways is primarily monitored through manual inspections combined with periodic checks using track inspection cars.However,this approach has several issues,including limited maintenance window at night and the inability to monitor the status of the joints in real time during the day.Therefore,this paper proposes a realtime deformation monitoring solution for rail expansion joints in high speed railways.This solution is applied to the monitoring work of domestic ballast and ballastless tracks as well as BWG rail expansion joints.Based on image recognition technology,an automated system is developed to obtain the displacement of rail expansion joint switch rails,stock rail displacement,longitudinal displacement of the expansion device,and the distance between steel ties.A displacement recognition algorithm is employed to achieve accurate identification of the deformation of the rail expansion joints.Furthermore,embedded development is utilized to enable on-site processing of image data streams,ensuring high-frequency data acquisition,efficient data processing,and transmission within the system.The results have been applied in the monitoring of rail expansion joints on four large-span bridges of the Fuzhou-Xiamen high speed railway,achieving a deformation recognition accuracy of±1 mm,thereby ensuring the safety of high speed railway operations.
