食品理化检验中的质量控制策略分析

摘要 理化检验是食品安全检测的重要方法,可为食品质量评价与安全监管提供科学依据。在整个理化检验过程中,从样品采集与处理、分析方法选择、仪器校准、数据记录到报告形成,任何一个环节都会对检验结果产生影响。因此,采取有效的质量控制策略,是保证食品理化检验结果准确、可靠的关键。鉴于此,本文简要分析食品理化检验中质量控制的影响因素,重点提出质量控制策略,以期为食品安全监管提供强有力的支撑,切实保障公众健康。 Food physicochemical testing is an important method for food safety testing,which can provide a scientific basis for food quality evaluation and safety supervision.Throughout the entire physicochemical testing process,from sample collection and processing,selection of analytical methods,instrument calibration,data recording to report preparation,any link will have an impact on the inspection results.Therefore,adopting effective quality control strategies is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of food physicochemical testing results.In view of this,this paper briefly analyzes the influencing factors of quality control in food physicochemical testing and analysis,and focuses on proposing quality control strategies,with the aim of providing strong support for food safety supervision and effectively safeguarding public health.
