不同基质配比对何首乌组培苗生长情况的影响

摘要 为了解决何首乌规模化种植的育苗技术问题,文章采用在10种不同配方基质培育何首乌组培苗,通过测定其移栽存活率、苗高、地径、叶片含氮量及块根大小等指标,以期寻找出适合何首乌组培苗生长的最佳基质配方。试验结果显示:何首乌组培苗在移栽到不同基质50 d后,各生长指标均有所不同。其中,以纯黄心土为基质时成活率仅为50%,而以泥炭土为基质时存活率最高,为90%,且苗高最高可达92 cm,地径最大为2.706 mm,含氮量平均为15.9 mg/g。在移栽到不同基质培育180 d后,以泥炭土为基质时块根平均值最大,宽度为6.05 mm,长度为42.85 mm。综上所述,在椰糠、泥炭土、黄心土3种育苗基质及其不同配比中,育苗基质仅是泥炭土时,何首乌组培苗各项生长指标均最佳,最有利于组培苗的生长。 To address the technical challenges in seedling cultivation for large-scale planting of polygonum multiflorum,this study investigated the growth performance of its tissue culture seedlings cultivated in ten different substrate formulations.Key indicators including survival rate after transplanting,seedling height,stem base diameter,leaf nitrogen content,and tuber size were measured to determine the most suitable substrate formulation.Results showed that after 50 days of transplanting,significant variations were observed across all growth parameters depending on the substrate type.The survival rate was only 50%when using pure yellow heart soil as the substrate,whereas it reached up to 90%when using peat soil as the substrate.Additionally,the seedling height can reach up to 92 cm,the maximum stem base diameter was 2.706 mm,and the average nitrogen content in leaves was 15.9 mg/g.After 180 days of cultivation,the largest average tuber width(6.05 mm)and length(42.85 mm)were also observed in peat soil.In summary,among the three seedling substrates,namely coconut coir,peat soil,and yellow heart soil,and their different combinations,the tissue culture seedlings of Polygonum multiflorum exhibited the best growth indicators when only using peat soil as the seedling substrate,which was most conducive to the growth of the tissue culture seedlings.
