基质、生长调节剂和母树年龄对香果树扦插的影响

摘要 以香果树为试材,采用三因素三水平L9(34)的正交试验设计,探究不同插穗的母树年龄(1年生、3年生、5年生),生长调剂种类(IBA、NAA、IAA)及扦插基质(泥炭土+蛭石(3∶1,体积比)、泥炭土+珍珠岩(3∶1)、纯泥炭土)对香果树插穗的愈伤率、生根率、不定根数、平均根长、最长根长等生根指标的影响,以期筛选出最佳扦插处理组合,为香果树的良种快繁提供理论依据。结果表明:1年生母树上的插穗经IAA处理后,扦插至泥炭土+蛭石(3∶1)中,其生根效果最好,生根率高达60.89%。 Using Emmenopterys henryi Oliv.as the test material,an orthogonal experimental design of L9(34)with three factors and three levels was adopted to investigate the effects of three factors—mother tree age(1,3,and 5-year-old),growth regulator type(IBA,NAA,IAA),and cutting substrate type(peat soil+vermiculite[3∶1,v/v],peat soil+perlite[3∶1,v/v],and pure peat soil)on the rooting in-dexes including callus rate,rooting rate,number of indefinite roots,average root length,and longest root length.The aim was to identify the optimal cutting treatment combination and provide a theoretical basis for the rapid propagation of superior varieties of Emmenopterys henryi.The results showed that the cuttings taken from 1-year-old mother,trees treated with IAA,and planted in peat soil+vermiculite(3∶1)ex-hibited the optimal rooting performance,with a rooting rate of up to 60.89%.
