摘要
杂环化合物广泛存在于自然界中,多具有显著的生物及药物活性,其合成和活性研究备受广大化学和药学工作者的关注。多组分反应是近年来有机化学合成领域迅速发展的一个研究方法,用于快速、高效地构建结构多样化和复杂化的小分子化合物库,对于活性先导药物的发现和优化有着重要意义。本论文以芳酮醛水合物为底物,利用多组分反应方法,对该合成子在各类杂环合成中的应用进行概述。
Heterocyclic compounds are widely existing in numerous natural products,which many have significant biological and pharmaceutical activities.The synthesis of these class of important heterocycles and research on their biologic activities has attracted considerable attention for chemists and pharmacists.Multicomponent reactions(MCRs)is a new rapid developing field in organic chemistry.This protocol has the virtue of efficiency,simple execution and broader substrate scope for synthesis of structural complex and diversity pharmaceutical compounds,which have values in the investigating and optimizing drug-like lead compounds.In this paper,the synthesis of diverse heterocycles by employing the active synthon arylglyoxal as substrate for multicomponent reactions is elaborated.
