摘要
为探究2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,2,4-D)、萘乙酸(naphthaleneacetic acid,NAA)、赤霉素(gibberellic acid,GA_(3))和油菜素内酯(brassinolide,BR)4种激素辅以微肥的叶面喷淋处理对香草兰保果率及果实品质的影响,以3年生香草兰为试验材料,用不同浓度的4种激素+微肥喷淋香草兰植株果荚。结果表明,不同激素种类和处理浓度均可影响香草兰的保果效果和果实品质,其中,1 mg/L BR+0.2%四硼酸钠+2%尿素和30 mg/L 2,4-D+0.2%四硼酸钠+2%尿素具有明显的效果,1 mg/L BR+0.2%四硼酸钠+2%尿素处理喷淋香草兰果荚,保果率提高了18.6%,豆荚长度增长了27.5%,豆荚单果重提高了97.6%;30 mg/L 2,4-D+0.2%四硼酸钠+2%尿素组合处理香草兰保果率提高了18.0%,豆荚长度增长了15.5%,豆荚单果重提高了71.3%。该研究为设施大棚香草兰种植中的保果及果实品质提升提供了理论支撑。
To explore the effect of foliar spray treatments with four hormones including 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA),gibberellic acid(GA_(3)),and brassinolide(BR)supplemented with micro-fertilizers on the fruit retention and quality of Vanilla planifolia.Three-year-old Vanilla planifolia plants were used as experimental materials.Different concentrations of the four hormones were sprayed on the plants to conduct fruit retention experiments.The results showed that different hormone types and concentrations significantly impacted the fruit retention of Vanilla planifolia.Among them,1 mg/L BR+0.2% sodium tetraborate+2% urea increased and 30 mg/L 2,4-D+0.2% sodium tetraborate+2% urea had obvious fruit retention effects.Additionally,the combination significantly improved beans quality.Spraying vanilla bean pods with a solution of 1 mg/L BR+0.2% sodium tetraborate+2% urea increased the beans retention rate by 18.6%,the pod length by 27.4%,and the weight of individual pods by 97.6%.The combination of 30 mg/L 2,4-D+0.2% sodium tetraborate+2% urea increased the beans retention rate of vanilla by 18.0%,the pod length by 15.5%,and the weight of individual pods by 71.3%.This research provides theoretical support for how to retain fruits and improve the yield and quality of fruits in the cultivation of vanilla in facility greenhouses.
