数字化技术在建筑设计流程优化中的应用与实践研究

摘要 文章聚焦数字化技术在建筑设计流程中的优化作用,通过理论分析与实证研究揭示其系统性价值。针对传统建筑设计流程存在效率低下、协同性差等问题,本文提出以建筑信息模型(BIM)为核心,融合参数化设计、虚拟现实(VR)/增强现实(AR)技术的集成框架,并构建跨专业协同平台与量化评估体系。以上海某超高层综合体项目作为实证案例,验证了数字化技术应用可显著缩短设计周期、降低工程成本,并通过能耗模拟与4D施工管理实现绿色节能目标。研究表明,数字化技术贯穿建筑全生命周期,形成“数据驱动—动态优化—智能决策”的闭环模式,推动建筑行业从局部工具应用向系统性流程升级转变。本研究构建的效率、成本、质量多维度评估模型,为建筑设计的数字化转型提供了科学依据与实践路径,对促进建筑行业的智能化、可持续发展具有重要参考意义。 This study focuses on the optimization role of digital technology in architectural design processes,revealing its systematic value through theoretical analysis and empirical investigation.Addressing the issues of inefficiency and poor coordination in traditional workflows,the paper proposes an integrated framework centered on Building Information Modeling(BIM),incorporating parametric design and Virtual/Augmented Reality(VR/AR)technologies.A cross-disciplinary collaboration platform and a quantitative evaluation system are developed to enhance process performance.Using a super high-rise mixed-use complex project in Shanghai as a case study,the research demonstrates that the application of digital technologies can significantly shorten design cycles,reduce construction costs,and achieve green energy goals through energy simulation and 4D construction management.The findings show that digital technologies span the entire building lifecycle,forming a closed-loop model of"data-driven,dynamic optimization,intelligent decision-making."This shift marks a transformation from fragmented tool application to systemic process integration.The multi-dimensional evaluation model of efficiency,cost,and quality proposed in this study offers a scientific foundation and practical path for the digital transformation of architectural design,providing valuable references for advancing the industry's intelligence and sustainability.
