摘要
文章主要探讨了基于BIM技术的建筑施工进度管理优化方法,通过构建BIM信息模型平台,应用4D施工管理模型,结合可视化图纸,以实现施工进度的实时跟踪与调整。结果显示,BIM技术的应用将进度偏差率控制在±5%以内,有效提升了施工效率与质量控制水平,显著提高了施工进度管理效果,减少工期延误,为建筑施工行业智能化发展提供了有力支持。
The article mainly discusses the optimization method of construction schedule management based on BIM technology.By building a BIM information modeling platform and applying a 4D construction management model,combined with visual drawings,real-time tracking and adjustment of construction progress can be achieved.The results show that the application of BIM technology controls the progress deviation rate within±5%,effectively improves construction efficiency and quality control level,significantly enhances construction progress management effectiveness,reduces project delays,and provides strong support for the intelligent development of the construction industry.
