摘要
随着国家政策与市场效益的驱动,绿色建筑的观念已深入人心。如今,风、光、声、热环境及舒适性等建筑性能已成为人们关注的重点。在阐述设计工具与建筑性能模拟应用现状的基础上,探讨了将二者整合的3种模式并总结整合模式的关键问题。重点讨论了将参数化设计工具与建筑性能模拟工具相结合的方法。构建出建筑性能导向的参数化设计流程,通过对相关应用成果的解读来论证其高效性与准确性,以期为我国建筑性能导向的设计提供新的思路。
Driven by national policies and market benefits,the concept of green buildings has become popular. Building performances such as wind,light,sound,thermal environment and comfort have become the focus of attention. On the basis of elaborating the current status of design tools and building performance simulation applications,it discusses three modes of integrating the two tools and summarizes the key issues of the integration mode. The method of combining parametric design tools with building performance simulation tools is discussed in details. A parametric design process is constructed for building performance-oriented,its high efficiency and accuracy are demonstrated through the interpretation of related application results,in order to provide new ideas for building performance-oriented design in China.
